Owners Jay and Mike Comstock have over 50 years of electrical trade experience, both field and business related. Brian Comstock has over 20 years of accounting and major managerial experience. Together they have assembled a diverse group of professionals that possess tremendous experience in the electrical construction and maintenance arena. Our current client base includes United Parcel Service, and the Ford Motor Co. Vehicle Operations Group throughout North America. Comstock Brothers Electric Co., recently completed a $6 million dollar field wiring installation for a new hydrogen gas facility in Lima, OH. It began producing hydrogen gas on August 4 2006, under budget and 12.5 weeks ahead of schedule. It took 137,500 man hours to complete this project. Extensive knowledge of automotive production conveyor, and package handling systems, as well as instrument controls associated with the petro-chemical industry, has enabled us to develop a new system of wiring terminations and loop testing of control circuits. This eliminates costly wiring mistakes and start-up/ debug issues, therefore the time between installation and full production is reduced to a minimum. During peak plant shutdown periods, we have employed, managed, and supervised over 250 tradesmen. Our average workforce of "regular" employees is approximately 75 at any given time. Comstock Brothers Electric Co., has developed a comprehensive in-house safety program which has allowed us to achieve an industry EMR safety rating of .62. Our commitment to job site safety is second to none. Comstock Brothers Electric Co., has the areas only COMPLETE Arc flash safety program.
